How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 7 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible but please remember it does take time to ensure every order is packed with care. 

What about shipping?

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. Shipping times depend on your location. The UPS quote 3 - 9 business days for shipping within Canada. Allow for 7 to 10 business days for shipping within Continental U.S.A. Please note this does not include time at customs.

At this time we do not offer international shipping outside of the Continental United States.

Custom orders take up to 4 weeks to create in order to achieve your unique design specifications. Normal shipping times apply once your order is processed.

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase based on the carrier's current pricing.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to make it right.
