What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
When can I expect my order to shipped?
Please allow 7 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible but please remember it does take time to ensure every order is packed with care.
How much does shipping cost?
Canada Post automatically calculates the shipping rate/cost at checkout. Shipping rates are dependant on your location. We do provide free shipping on orders over $100.
How do I wash/care for my apparel?
To preserve and maintain the quality of your apparel, machine wash in warm or cold water (inside out) with like colours. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low (inside out). There may be a slight amount of shrinkage. Do not dry clean or use chlorine bleach. Do not iron on design.
What currency are prices listed in?

Can I make changes to my order?

Can I cancel my order?
We try to process orders immediately after they are placed, so there is a short window to cancel the order. If you wish to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible at altheaartprint@gmail.com.
How do I place a group order or custom order?
Please contact us at altheaartprint@gmail.com to make your custom unit apparel idea a reality. Please note all custom orders require 4 weeks to make once you approve the final draft of your design.
