We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept PayPal
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Production and turnaround time is currently 7 days. This does not include shipping time. For larger/group orders, production time may be longer.
How much is shipping?
Canada Post automatically calculates the shipping rate/cost dependent on your location at checkout. Orders over $100 receive free shipping.
What currency are prices listed in?
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
How do I wash/care for my item?
To preserve and maintain the quality of your apparel, machine wash in warm or cold water (inside out) with like colours. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low (inside out). There may be a slight amount of shrinkage. Do not dry clean or use chlorine bleach. To iron, set to medium heat and DO NOT iron on design.
Stickers are waterproof and dishwasher safe.

Can I cancel my order?
We try to process orders immediately after they are placed, so there is a short window to cancel the order. Please contact us immediately at altheaartprint@gmail.com.

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
